AmeriCorps | Springfield College-十大赌博信誉的平台

As a member of the Springfield College AmeriCorps program, you'll live and share the Springfield College Humanics philosophy, engaging in service that meets the critical educational needs of school aged youth.

Through the AmeriCorps Program, you can serve in schools (grades K through 12), where you can facilitate interventions targeting risk factors that lead to dropping out of school, low attendance, behavioral/disciplinary issues, and course failure.

Our program offers resources to help you succeed in these environments. We provide extensive training and support around evidenced-based practices and interventions in education and literacy, ensuring that members have a meaningful service experience that positively impacts the academic success of children in Springfield, Holyoke and Worcester area schools.

Become a Student Support Specialist or Academic Support Specialist

Within the AmeriCorps program, AmeriCorps members like you can become student support specialists, providing mentorship, academic coaching and support, and social-emotional reinforcement to students in chronically low-performing elementary, middle, and high schools.

Applications for these positions will open on February 1st and will remain open until all positions are filled.

And, there are plenty of ways you can make your mark. You can serve as a half-time member, completing 900 hours as a Student Support Specialist, or you can serve as a quarter-time member, completing 450 hours as an Academic Support Specialist.

AmeriCorps members are selected and placed based on previous experience, academic program, and applicable skills. Explore the benefits of getting involved with AmeriCorps.
